The Relexa Hotel Frankfurt is a modern seven-floor business hotel set in the quiet Mertonviertel Office Park, eight kilometres from the centre of Frankfurt. The 163 air-conditioned guestrooms are decorated in warm tones, with matching carpets and curtains in a distinctive red and cream zebra-striped pattern. Rooms feature polished dark wood tables and chairs, and come equipped with hair dryers, cable TV, direct-dial phones, minibars, and bathrooms.
Guests can dine in a choice of three onsite restaurants. The Boulevard offers breakfast and lunch buffets, and culinary specialities in the evening; the Bistro does quick snacks; La Fenêtre serves Mediterranean cuisine in an open-plan space dotted with trees in terracotta tubs. The seventh floor fitness centre has a bar and offers panoramic views of Frankfurt. Guests also enjoy use of the Relexa Sport & Fun Club with fitness room, sauna, steam bath, and solarium. Coffee is served in the dramatic lobby, whose central staircase dominates an open space of deep red carpet and black and white check flooring. Guests can also browse complimentary newspapers here and quiz multilingual staff for tips on local sightseeing hotspots. Within eight kilometres of the hotel are the exhibition grounds, the city centre and Bad Homburg, a picturesque village. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is 25 kilometres from the hotel, around 30 minutes by car.

Taxis are readily available outside both terminals. Regular buses stop at the bus station in front of the Terminal 1 Arrivals hall on level 1 and at the bus bay in front of the Arrivals/Departures halls on level 2, Terminal 2. By public transport, head for Hauptwache/Zeil station, then change to the U-Bahn U2 direction Bad Homburg/Gonzenheim and exit at the Riedwiese station. From there it is less than 500 metres, against the direction of traffic and across the pedestrian crossing, to the Relexa hotel. The public transport system is excellent and integrates the city's bus, tram, S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines. Hourly or daily tickets are available at almost any stop. Cycling is a good way of getting around as most streets have cycle lanes.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the A5 heading north, then exit at the Nordwestkreuz on to the A66/ Miquelallee direction Frankfurt/Miquelallee. Leave the motorway at the TV tower (Fernsehturm) direction Ginnheim. Follow the four-lane Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse direction Bad Homburg and exit at Mertonviertel. At Marie-Curie-Strasse turn right at the first set of traffic lights.
